Abstract
The objective of this project is to develop a automated device used to spot protein samples on a hydrophobic membrane. Based on the position and the orientation of the proteins on the membrane, one can detect cancer earlier and determine stages of diseases. The goal of the automated device is to effectively spot the protein complexes such that they are able to be completed separated using electrophoresis.
