Abstract
Description
This video accompanies Unità 1 - Al Bar in Gratis! A Flipped-Classroom and Active Learning Approach to Italian, an open textbook by Carmelo A. Galati and published by North Broad Press. The unit prepares students to order food and beverage items in an Italian bar. Using the target language, students express likes and dislikes, and describe flavors with their language learning peers. At the conclusion of the unit, students will be able to: order food and beverages at an Italian bar; describe flavors; and express likes and dislikes.
