Abstract
Description
This study is a follow-up investigation to the Sheller Center's 2015 report, "Barriers to Justice Limited English Proficient Individuals and Pennsylvania’s Minor Courts." Treatment of LEP individuals continues to vary widely between courts. Specifically, the majority of investigated courts failed to provide certified interpreters for civil hearings.
