Abstract
Description
Philadelphia workers struggle with holding down their jobs and being able to make ends meet because of employer misconduct. Philadelphia’s City Council has enacted some of the most progressive laws in the country, but they have not been adequately enforced. This report examines the current situation of Philadelphia workers by analyzing 150 community-based surveys with workers and gathering interviews with workers and workers' advocates.
