Abstract
Description
This report details findings from a 2014 survey of seventy-nine magisterial district judge (MDJ) courts and eighteen district court administrator (DCA) offices across Pennsylvania that are located in jurisdictions with a large population of limited English proficiency (LEP) individuals.
