    Abstract
Emergency situations (i.e. Code Blue, trauma, respiratory distress, sepsis) in which complex measures are required (cardiopulmonary resuscitation, or CPR, fluid resuscitation, blood administration) can induce high risk and high stress situations. These complex tasks are directly linked to positive patient outcomes, such as, higher survival rates and less comorbidities (Seethala, R., Esposito, E., & Abella, B., 2010). In order to provide quality measures, appropriate training and proper roles need to be assigned.
