dc.description	This collection of interactive activities appears in Unità Preliminare - Ciao! of Gratis!: A Flipped-Classroom and Active Learning Approach to Italian, an open textbook intended for students with no previous knowledge of Italian by Carmelo A. Galati and published by North Broad Press. These fill in the blank activities are designed to help students assess their understanding of personal subject pronouns, the informal and formal register, and the verbs avere and stare. The activities have been created using H5P (h5p.org) and can be integrated into any H5P-compatible platform. Activities include 1) The verb "stare" 2) The verb "avere" and 3) The Italian Equivalent.
