This video accompanies Unità 6 - Al Ristorante in Gratis! A Flipped-Classroom and Active Learning Approach to Italian, an open textbook by Carmelo A. Galati and published by North Broad Press. Using the target language, students engage in conversations regarding different types of food items. The unit has students practice ordering from a restaurant menu and purchasing groceries at an Italian delicatessen or supermarket. At the end of the unit, students will be able to: discuss food and eating; order at an Italian eatery; and shop at an Italian supermarket or delicatessen.Citation to related work
