dc.description.abstractIn considering the role of law in COVID-19 response, it is vital to understand the broader forces that shape our world and its legal architecture. Law and Political Economy critiques generate insights into the root causes of inequality and other structural dysfunction in our society, while also providing a roadmap for how to repair such dysfunction in service to pandemic response and public health more broadly.
