dc.description.abstractLegal research technology has changed dramatically in the last fifteen years, and traditional legal research instruction needs to be modified for the modern age. This article introduces the concept of information literacy as the ideal framework for a new paradigm for legal research pedagogy, and offers advice (including five basic foundational principles) about teaching legal research using an information literacy paradigm.
