Description
This report will examine the successes of the existing self-help centers in Pennsylvania and those states which have larger programs. The following pages delve into the centers’ available resources, staffing models, funding sources, and how each handles the unauthorized practice of law. It also suggests solutions to common concerns and best practices when beginning a new help center.
