Name of file that was updated: i. Why was the file updated? ii. When was the file updated? -------------------------- METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION -------------------------- 1. Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: Search Methods for Identification of Studies: To identify studies to include or consider for this systematic review, the review team worked with a medical librarian to develop detailed search strategies for each database. The search was developed for PubMed (NLM) and was translated to Embase (Elsevier), Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), Cochrane Central (Wiley) and CINAHL (EbscoHost) using a combination of keywords and subject headings. A grey literature search included ClinicalTrials.gov and the TRIP database. The search included no major limits or date restrictions. The final search was completed on March 29, 2021. The full search details are provided. PubMed (NLM) from inception to 3/29/2021 (5,200 Results) Embase (Elsevier) from inception to 3/29/2021 (3,090 Results) Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics) from inception to 3/29/2021 (5,678 Results) Cochrane Central (Wiley) from inception to 3/29/2021 (127 Results) CINAHL (EbscoHost) from inception to 3/29/2021 (350 Results) The search resulted in 14,649 studies (204 from grey literature sources). 3,663 duplicate studies were found and omitted using Endnote X.7 for the deduplication of records and 10,986 references were eligible to screen. Studies were screened by title and abstract by two blinded and independent reviewers using Rayyan. If a tiebreaker was needed, a third reviewer was called in. This process was repeated for full text article screening and article selection. 2. Standards and calibration information, if appropriate: The citations can be deposited into a systematic review software for screening and is formatted for importing into Rayyan [https://rayyan.qcri.org/] a free screening tool. The file is also compatible with the Covidence (requires a subscription or free trial) [https://www.covidence.org/] and Abstrackr (free) [http://abstrackr.cebm.brown.edu/] systematic review screening tools. 3. Describe any quality-assurance procedures performed on the data: 4. Number of databases searched: 5 databases, 1 grey literature source (dataset only includes 1 grey literature source: clinicaltrials.gov, only the search strategy is provided for the other grey literature source (TRIP database)) 2. Number of citations: 10,796 (after deduped via Endnote X.7 and without the TRIP databases references ) 3. Specialized formats or other abbreviations used: File is compatible to import to Rayyan, other systematic review screening software and most citation manager tools.
