Name of file that was updated: i. Why was the file updated? ii. When was the file updated? -------------------------- METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION -------------------------- 1. Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: The review team worked with a medical librarian to develop search strategies for each database using a combination of keywords and subject headings. The search was developed for PubMed (NLM) and was translated to Embase (Elsevier), Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), Cochrane Library (Wiley) and CINAHL (EbscoHost) using a combination of keywords and subject headings. A grey literature search included OAIster and the TRIP database. The search included no date restriction but was limited to case reports and case series. The final search was completed on January 5, 2021. The full search details are provided in Appendix(___). PubMed (NLM) from inception to 1/5/2021 (548 Results) Embase (Elsevier) from inception to 1/5/2021 (940 Results) Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics) from inception to 1/5/2021 (404 Results) Cochrane Library (Wiley) from inception to 1/5/2021 (115 Results) CINAHL (EBSCOHost) from inception to 1/5/2021 (308 Results) The search resulted in 2,358 studies (43 from grey literature sources). 709 duplicate studies were found and omitted using Endnote X.7 for the deduplication of records and 1,649 references were eligible to screen. Studies were screened by title and abstract by two blinded and independent reviewers. If a tiebreaker was needed, a third reviewer was called in. This process was repeated for full text article screening and article selection. 2. Standards and calibration information, if appropriate: The citations can be deposited into a systematic review software for screening and is formatted for importing into Rayyan [https://rayyan.qcri.org/] a free screening tool. The file is also compatible with the Covidence (requires a subscription or free trial) [https://www.covidence.org/] and Abstrackr (free) [http://abstrackr.cebm.brown.edu/] systematic review screening tools. 3.
