Name of file that was updated: i. Why was the file updated? ii. When was the file updated? -------------------------- METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION -------------------------- 1. Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: The review team worked with a medical librarian to develop search strategies for each database using a combination of keywords and subject headings. The search was developed for PubMed (NLM) and was translated to Embase (Elsevier), Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics), CINAHL (EbscoHost) and Cochrane Central (Wiley). A grey literature search included the TRIP database. The search included no major limits or date restrictions. The final search was completed on December 3, 2020. PubMed (NLM) from inception to 12/3/2020 (851 Results) Embase (Elsevier) from inception to 12/3/2020 (1,524 Results) Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics) from inception to 12/3/2020 (1,008 Results) Cochrane Central (Wiley) from inception to 12/3/2020 (111 Results) CINAHL (EbscoHost) from inception to 12/3/2020 (269 Results) The search resulted in 3,813 studies (50 from grey literature source). 1,718 duplicate studies were found and omitted using Mendeley Desktop for the deduplication of records and 2,095 references were eligible to screen. Studies were screened by title and abstract by two blinded and independent reviewers. If a tiebreaker was needed, a third reviewer was called in. This process was repeated for full text article screening and article selection. 2. Standards and calibration information, if appropriate: The citations can be deposited into a systematic review software for screening and is formatted for importing into Rayyan [https://rayyan.qcri.org/] a free screening tool. The file is also compatible with the Covidence (requires a subscription or free trial) [https://www.covidence.org/] and Abstrackr (free) [http://abstrackr.cebm.brown.edu/] systematic review screening tools. 3.
